Sample Sale

Items purchased during Sample Sale are sold as final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.

Alterations

If adjustments are needed after delivery, we offer remote alteration support to help achieve the best possible fit. Additional alteration and shipping costs may apply depending on the requested changes.

Complaints

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographs or other evidence of the issue.
