That's why most of our designs are individually made to measure, thoughtfully tailored to your measurements and personal preferences. This philosophy is at the heart of our brand.

From time to time, we also offer special sales of our sample pieces, such as our Private Sample Sale, as well as selected ready-made designs available in specific sizes.

Made-to-Measure & Custom Orders

Each made-to-measure creation is crafted especially for you, based on your individual measurements and preferences.

Products made to individual specifications that meet the conditions of Article 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

If you need any help with the fit of your dress, we're always here for you! We'll be happy to discuss possible alterations and help find the best solution. ♡

Returns – Ready-to-Wear & Sample Sale

If you purchase a ready-made item in a standard size online, including pieces from our Sample Sale, you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason.

Simply email us at shop@lananguyen.com to let us know, then return your item within the following 14 days.

You're welcome to try on your dress, just as you would in a physical store. We kindly ask that you handle it with care. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect and try on the item.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Complaints & Defective Items

If something isn't quite right with your order, please contact us at shop@lananguyen.com.

Under applicable consumer law, you have statutory rights if your item does not conform to the contract, whether it was made to measure or purchased during a sale.

We will respond to your complaint within 14 days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.

We also refund the original delivery cost up to the price of the least expensive standard delivery option offered.
