In particular, the following have been taken into account: Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organisational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); guidelines of the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection; Regulation 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC.<\/p>

The most important elements of the applied data protection system are:<\/p>

          If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document for other data than those indicated when registering or placing an order, please provide additional information:<\/p>

          1. first and last name or the name of the company\/institution \u2013 necessary to issue a sales document;<\/li>
          2. address (street, house number and\/or number of the house and premises, postal code and city) \u2013 necessary to issue a sales document;<\/li>
          3. DPD Polska Sp. z o.o. (KRS: 0000028368, NIP: 526-02 -04-110)<\/li><\/ol>

            The data provided when placing an order is processed by www.lananguyen.com<\/a> and the following entities to the extent specified below:<\/p>

            first and last name, address, telephone, e-mail indicated as the delivery address are provided to transport companies in the form of a label\/bill of lading which is at the same time an order for delivery of a shipment. Depending on the selected type of shipment, the personal data are provided to:<\/p>

            name, address, NIP (Tax ID) number indicated as the data to which the sales document is to be issued shall be transferred as a sales document to the accounting system:<\/p>

            2. PayPal Polska Sp. z o.o. (KRS: 0000289372, NIP: 525-24 -06-419)<\/li><\/ol>

              If a payment is made using an external payment system, all data provided after accessing the website of the payment operator remain registered only in its database and are in no way accessible or stored by www.lananguyen.com<\/a>.<\/p>

              www.lananguyen.com<\/a> cooperates with the following payment operators:<\/p>

              1. PayU S.A. with its seat in Pozna\u0144 (KRS: 0000274399, NIP: 779-23 -08-495)<\/li>
              2. PayPal Polska Sp. z o.o. (KRS: 0000289372, NIP: 525-24 -06-419<\/li><\/ol>

                The data shall be kept for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with the relevant provisions governing the duration of retention of accounting documents.<\/p>

                C. Marketing<\/p>

These companies do not have direct access to personal data and do not process it in any way.<\/p>

                  The data is processed for 24 months after the last activity.<\/p>

                    Except for these situations, your personal data, to the extent permitted by law on the basis of separate entrustment agreements, shall be transferred to specific entities solely and exclusively in connection with the need to fulfil a contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Controller. The categories of entities to which data may be transferred include advertising agencies, banks, accounting offices, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, carriers.<\/p>

                    In the event of such transfer, the Controller shall enter into appropriate entrustment agreements with these entities to ensure the highest standard of protection and maintain the confidentiality and security of the personal data, and to use the personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual or legal obligation of the Controller.<\/p>
