We create two types of products in our store:

1. Custom-Made Items (bespoke & made-to-me asure):
   These garments are made individually for you, based on your measurements. As they are tailored from scratch and made to order,         they are non-refundable and non-returnable in accordance with our return policy.
2. Standard Size / Ready-to-Ship Items:
   Some selected products may be eligible for return or exchange, as long as they are unworn, in perfect condition, and returned                    within 14 days of delivery.

• To return a product, customers should contact customer service and fill out a return form. 
• Returns are only accepted if the product is in an undamaged condition and in its original packaging.
• Customers bear the cost of return shipping.
