All wedding dresses are tailor-made from the very beginning in the designer’s atelier placed in the heart of Warsaw. Here you can try on all of the pieces from every collection and see what you feel best in. You also have the possibility to modify specific designs – reducing the neckline, changing the length, adding shoulder pads is not a problem for us. Additionally, you can decide which fabric (among a wide range) your dress will be made off.
On special request, Lana Nguyen can create an original, individual and unique wedding dress of your dream.
The final price of the dress depends on the final choice of design, fabric and modifications.
You may return your product to shop within 14 days from the day of receiving shipment. In order to do so you have to notify seller by filling return form, which you can find on www.eppram.com in the returns/exchanges/complaints tab, after logging in to your profile. Product should be sent to the address: Lana Nguyen, ul. Hoża 1/10 00-528 Warszawa, Poland. We ask you to attach your receipt to the returned products.
Made to measure products are not refundable. The dimensions table gives examples of dimensions suitable for a given size. After placing an order, please contact the service department to determine the exact dimensions. Only paid orders will be processed.
You may exchange your product with the consent of the Seller. In order to do so you have to notify seller by filling return form, which you can find on www.eppra.com in the returns/exchanges/complaints tab, after logging in to your profile.
In case of exchanging product, cost of exchanging product will be counted against new ordered product. Potential difference between price will be paid by Client or returned by Seller on Client’s bank account.

You dream of special creation (outfit), created especially for you? Take advantage of tailor-made service at Lana Nguyen’s atelier. In a wide range of tailor-made sewings there are available both elegant, evening dresses and casual clothes.
How to start?

During the meeting with the designer, you will tell about your needs, the necessary measurements will be collected and you will see a wide range of fabrics and an initial outline of the creation.
Depending on the project we will offer you one or a few fittings. During these meetings we will work on the perfect form of your dream creation, we will also listen to your comments and together we aim for create the perfect outfit tailored to your needs. When your creation will be ready, you can pick it up in our atelier or we will send it to your address.
