The PDC has applied technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements set out in the applicable legislation on personal data protection. In particular, the following have been taken into account: Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organisational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); guidelines of the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection; Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

The most important elements of the applied data protection system are:

  1. An SSL certificate which guarantees that the communication between your computer and www.lananguyen.com is encrypted with a 256-bit key.
  2. We only collect and process the necessary personal data for the shortest possible period of time, and you must give your separate consent for any activities not related to the performance of the sales contract.

B. Placing an order

When placing an order, we ask to provide us with the data necessary to complete the order, which, in the case of registered and logged-in Customers, are partly collected automatically from the data provided during registration.

When placing an order, please specify:

  1. first and last name or name of the company/institution – necessary to issue the sales document and address the shipment;
  2. address (street, house number and/or number of the house and premises, postal code and city) – necessary for us to address the shipment;
  3. e-mail – necessary for communication related to the order execution;
  4. telephone number – necessary in case of choosing some delivery methods (required by carriers).

If, when placing an order, the Customer selects a delivery to an address other than the one indicated when registering or placing an order, please provide additional information:

  1. first and last name or the name of the company/institution – necessary for us to address the shipment;
  2. address (street, house number and/or number of the house and premises, postal code and city) – necessary for us to address the shipment;
  3. telephone number to the recipient of the shipment – necessary in case of choosing some delivery methods (required by carriers).

If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document for other data than those indicated when registering or placing an order, please provide additional information:

  1. first and last name or the name of the company/institution – necessary to issue a sales document;
  2. address (street, house number and/or number of the house and premises, postal code and city) – necessary to issue a sales document;
  3. DPD Polska Sp. z o.o. (KRS: 0000028368, NIP: 526-02 -04-110)

The data provided when placing an order is processed by www.lananguyen.com and the following entities to the extent specified below:

first and last name, address, telephone, e-mail indicated as the delivery address are provided to transport companies in the form of a label/bill of lading which is at the same time an order for delivery of a shipment. Depending on the selected type of shipment, the personal data are provided to:

name, address, NIP (Tax ID) number indicated as the data to which the sales document is to be issued shall be transferred as a sales document to the accounting system:

  1. PayU S.A. with its seat in Poznań (KRS: 0000274399, NIP: 779-23 -08-495)
  2. PayPal Polska Sp. z o.o. (KRS: 0000289372, NIP: 525-24 -06-419)

If a payment is made using an external payment system, all data provided after accessing the website of the payment operator remain registered only in its database and are in no way accessible or stored by www.lananguyen.com.

www.lananguyen.com cooperates with the following payment operators:

  1. PayU S.A. with its seat in Poznań (KRS: 0000274399, NIP: 779-23 -08-495)
  2. PayPal Polska Sp. z o.o. (KRS: 0000289372, NIP: 525-24 -06-419

The data shall be kept for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with the relevant provisions governing the duration of retention of accounting documents.

C. Marketing

In case of subscribing to the newsletter and agreeing to receive it during the registration process or placing an order, we ask only for your e-mail address to which commercial information from www.lananguyen.com will be sent, from which you can unsubscribe at any time by logging into your account at www.lananguyen.com or by clicking on the link cancelling the subscription located in the footer of each newsletter.

D. Correspondence

In the event that we are provided with personal data which is not necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or a legal obligation, e.g. in correspondence with us, in withdrawal forms, implied warranty or guarantee, these data will be immediately deleted or rendered anonymous and will not be processed.

We therefore ask you not to provide us with any personal information or data that we do not expressly request and that are not relevant to the performance of the contract or legal obligation.

IV. Cookies – your personal data is collected automatically when you visit www.lananguyen.com

These companies do not have direct access to personal data and do not process it in any way.

The data is processed for 24 months after the last activity.

Www.lananguyen.com uses “cookies” technology, i.e. text files placed on your device to enable www.lananguyen.com to recognise you and adapt www.lananguyen.com to your needs.

www.lananguyen.com uses cookies to:

VI. Transmission of your personal data

In specific situations where the applicable law requires the Controller of Personal Data to transfer the collected data to state authorities, www.lananguyen.com will make such data available.

Except for these situations, your personal data, to the extent permitted by law on the basis of separate entrustment agreements, shall be transferred to specific entities solely and exclusively in connection with the need to fulfil a contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Controller. The categories of entities to which data may be transferred include advertising agencies, banks, accounting offices, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, carriers.

In the event of such transfer, the Controller shall enter into appropriate entrustment agreements with these entities to ensure the highest standard of protection and maintain the confidentiality and security of the personal data, and to use the personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual or legal obligation of the Controller.

VII. Amendments to the privacy policy of www.lananguyen.com

www.lananguyen.com reserves the right to change its privacy policy if required by applicable law, the technological conditions of operation of www.lananguyen.com will change or the change will introduce a standard higher than the minimum required by law.
